Study of Progressive Muscular Dystrophia

Abstract
|
|
|
So far as yet it was not well Known about :Muscular Dystrophia that is rare case relatively and can not controlled by medical treatment, still unknown mechanics of disease itself. ´The author studied about twenty one cases including 14 male, 7 female cases and analyzed and results were as follow
1) Onset of disease is ranging from one year old to 20 year and 27 year old in female and male patients.
2) It was felt as lower extremity was affected rather than upper extremity.
3) One case of mentally retarded was noted.
4) 5 cases among the 21 cases was diagnosed as heredofamiliar with progressive muscular dystrophy.
5) Glycocol (aminoacatic acid) was administered, however it was not profit to regain muscle power.
